Yes. Physical maintenance — brushing, vacuuming, filter and pump care, chemical dosing — is essential and requires a person on site. What we provide is the missing layer: continuous knowledge of what the water is actually doing between visits. Your pool company keeps doing what they do, but with data instead of guesswork.

Yes. Salt-chlorinated pools produce free chlorine continuously, which is exactly what we measure (ORP and free Cl). The probe is unaffected by the salt itself — we typically monitor TDS too, which helps detect when the salt cell needs cleaning or salt needs topping up.
Each water body needs its own probe assembly, because each has its own chemistry. Common configurations: pool + spa (2 probes), pool + children's pool (2), or a single large pool. Each probe is its own subscription line — discussed during survey.
