WOLKIS Guard is a yearly subscription with a 12-month minimum term. You pay once for the full year (for the 2BR+M tier — AED 6,480), and we cover hardware, installation, 24/7 monitoring, service, and battery replacement throughout the term.
After the first year you may renew at the same rate (subject to a pricing review on our side) or end the service. Monthly billing is available on request for select clients — please discuss during the site survey.
You receive alerts on the channel you already use — Telegram or WhatsApp. We confirm your preference during onboarding and link your account. Both channels are included in every tier.
You may also add a secondary contact — a spouse, property manager, or family member. Escalation is configurable: if you do not respond within a set time, we notify the secondary contact, and finally we phone you directly. If a BOVE Smart Shutoff is installed, water is closed automatically in parallel — regardless of who responds.
No. Sensors communicate on a separate wireless channel — independent from your home Wi-Fi. A single small hub handles the uplink to our monitoring side and adds no load to your home network.
This is exactly the scenario the system is built for. Monitoring runs autonomously, and we watch the apartment 24/7 from our side. On an alert, we notify you via Telegram and, optionally, a trusted contact (property manager, family member).

Yes. All sensors and the BOVE valve are wireless. On relocation we uninstall, reinstall in the new apartment, and re-provision the gateway. Reinstallation fees are discussed individually — for active clients this is part of the service.
Each sensor reports its battery level to the platform. When voltage approaches the critical threshold (typically after four to five years), we are notified and arrange a replacement visit. This is included in the subscription — no separate charge.
The hub is monitored continuously from our side. Loss of connection for more than ten minutes triggers an alert. We contact you, check power and internet, and dispatch a technician if needed.
The hub includes a power reserve, so a short internet outage does not result in data loss.
In most cases the system is paid for by the owner as protection for their asset (contract with the owner, annual prepay). The tenant receives access to alerts and the Mini App. When the tenant leaves, the system remains.
In some cases the tenant pays for the subscription directly — this is discussed individually.
The base package is configured to your apartment. Studio / 1BR — fewer sensors, lower price. 3BR / Villa — more points, adjusted cost. The site survey takes 30 minutes and is complimentary — we propose coverage tailored to your specific plan.
